As a student of Jackie Taylor, I strongly believe that she is one of the best cellists in the state of South Carolina and in the nation.  As a student of hers, I have learned an enormous amount about the cello and her teaching has allowed me to become one of the best cellist in the state of South Carolina.  She has learned from famous cellists and has had masterclasses from the best(such as Jonas Starker, Carter Brey, and Steven Doane).  Jackie Taylor is the cellist of this generation and I am proud to be one of her many students!!!!!!
